Leadership

Kate Stanley is the Energy Operations Director for Provident and has two decades of experience in the energy industry. In her role at Provident, Kate oversees the electricity and natural gas procurement programs, facilitating client interactions and contract negotiations with suppliers.  Kate manages a portfolio of over 250 clients with a focus on governmental and educational entities. She supports clients’ wide array of energy needs, including budget projections, market education, and renewable energy consulting.

Prior to joining Provident, Kate began her career in Legal Regulatory Compliance roles supporting retail and wholesale power businesses. After moving into Electricity Sales with a focus on the public sector, she discovered her keen interest in working directly with end-use clients to assist them in meeting their energy goals, while providing exceptional customer service.

Kate attended Gettysburg College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and American Studies, and is a graduate of the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College. She is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Energy.
